UrgentVet-Chapel Hill were super efficient and professional but most of all kind, even when my dog showed up bleeding from her lower leg because I wasn’t able to get the bandage on well enough. The tech kept me calm and talked me through everything they would need to do to repair Ellie’s laceration, after taking her straight through to fix the bandage so she stopped bleeding. He was so calm and kind, and I was a little (lot) panicked and on my own, so kindness was everything. Ellie recovered extremely well and is going to be back to normal soon. This was my first experience with a small animal emergency, and I am so grateful to have found this fantastic clinic so near me.
